Synopsis:
Much to his dismay, the investigation into Starr continues, while at the same time, Hoover becomes reaccustomed to life within the Grail. Meeting with Sally, Jesse learns of the tragic events in Cassidy's history which left Sally the way she is. Feeling that Cassidy is once a user, always a user, he decides that he must meet him one final time.
