Shimmer City expected the earthquakes that shook the metropolis to its very foundation, but there was no way they were prepared for a prison break and they definitely weren't ready for this prison break. Voltes Shocklee and GoGo Diablo, an electrically enhanced human and an alien speed demon, are wreaking havoc on this desert oasis and only Jason and his new giant robot Chiron can put them back behind bars where they belong.
