Lobo pops open a keg and drinks it all causing himself to pass out. Lobo is pronounced dead after the intoxication machine fizzles out the report. Before Brain death occurs the O.C.S. puts his brain in a robot to stop crime, creating LOBOCOP. Lobocop is against all crime and is met with a severe punishment.
