Bulletman, an ally of Ted Knight's, has been accused of being a spy for the Nazis. As Jack spends the day not getting punched, he stops in at his father's where he meets Jim Barr (a.k.a. Bulletman). He has an alibi that would clear him, but he refuses to betray his oath of secrecy. Jack's mission is to run interferance with Captain Marvel while Ted and Jim go back to Fawcett and attempt to uncover the whereabouts as to a man who can help Jim clear his name. Before long, Marvel shows up and demands that he hand over Bulletman.
