Synopsis:
In the aftershock of the quake, life has to carry on for itís citizens Ė many of which are now staying in shelters with the men eager to get some work. Meanwhile, a group of industrialist heads gather to decide the fate of their business in post-quake Gotham Ė the popular vote being to leave Gotham forever. Bruce Wayne and Lucius Fox must try hard to convince the rest to stay and employ itís stranded citizens to rebuild the city.
And thatís not the only problem Gotham hasÖ Narcosis and the Mad Hatter are about town. The Hatter seeks to recover his prize collection of hats, but Narcosis would much prefer to put Gothamites into a dream state and rule the city!
