Similar to Mr. A #1, this issue contains multiple Mr. A stories. The first pits Mr. A against Count Rouge, a man who "stylishly" robs people at partys thrown by wealthy individuals. The victims of his crimes become intrigued by Count Rouge and even welcome his presence. It is up to Mr. A to stand up against this looter.

Mr. A, as always, is a representative of Ditko's personal philosophy: Objectivism.

Published by Bruce Hershenson

Part Four of Ditko's "H." Hero Series which included: Mr. A #1, Wha...!?, and The Avenging World
