Franklin Richards tells the Power Pack siblings of a nightmare he had in which speeding man grabs him into the Moon. Leech and Artie arrive to play with the children, accompanied by Bobby, Hank, Jean and Scott. When the speedster appears and tries to kidnap Franklin for real, the X-Terminators appear to save him, but they wind up being teleported to Attilan: in the presence of the Inhumans' royal family, the heroes argue about what's developing before the madman behind the scheme is revealed.
