The Morgan Foundation has a few problems. Test subjects for their new drug ZK609-B are having some problems: instead of regrowing nerves and mending damaged tissues, it instead wipes out the subject's higher cognitive functions, leaving them with only the basic drives to eat and reproduce. Sometimes at the exact same time.
There were 1,008 total test subjects. They're being housed in a remote warehouse in North Dakota, in stasis. There's only one problem...the state is under a snow advisory, there's seventy inches of white-out surrounding the warehouse, and power and communication lines are down.
