Diana, no doubt eager to control the potential public relations damage done to her Wonder Woman identity by a Nazi, finds another masked outfit to wear and then answers Fausta's open call to a public wrestling match. Victory will prove to an onlooking public which of the two is actually Wonder Woman.

Unfortuantely, Fausta is able to tie up Wonder Woman with the golden lasso, stripping Diana of all her powers. Steve and Etta, having been previously alerted to the "switcheroo" are able to arrive in the nick of time to save the real Wonder Woman and right Fausta's wrongs.

Meanwhile, soup at Sock's kitchen is tampered with -- causing a severe bellyache for Stretch. The FDA tests the cuisine and decides to jail Sock, but Wildcat bails him out. Wildcat's plan is to have Socks goad Killer into a fistfight, anticipating that the out-of-shape mug will fall down and publicly admit his involvement in the assaults on Sock's restaurant. That plan has only limited success, so Stretch elicits the needed confession from one of Hooke's confederates after serving him soup laced with castor oil. The villain is jailed and Sock's restaurant soon re-achieves its initial popularity.
