A "flashback" story of sorts, from the early days of Scarlett's career with the Joes, as she, Rock & Roll, and Breaker infiltrate a Caribbean Island run by a terrorist named Madame Umbra.

Classic G.I. Joe (2009) TPB vol. 14

The framing story (pages 1-2 & 22) by Eric Fein & Jesse D'Orozco was produced in 1993. The main story (pages 3-21) by Vic Sutherland and Tom Mandrake) was an inventory story produced in 1982 which finally saw print over a decade later. It was Mandrake's first work for Marvel.
