Synopsis:
The Joker is back in town folks… and he has his little lady one arm, Harley Quinn! (welcome into the mainsteam universe my dear!). Getting a start in Gotham is tough, you need to find supplies and so he sends Harley Quinn off to investigate a quake-proofed skyrise building. All rubbish up to the 27th floor where she finds an un-looted apartment and in there a book called “The Code” which is a woman’s guide to rekindling romance but keeping herself as an independent strong, modern woman! And so Harley practices her steps… much to the puzzlement and frustration of the Joker! But he doesn’t have time for this, he wants to the president of NML and has an election to run… his opponent Billy “the PIG” Pettit! Of course Pettit doesn’t even know…
