Synopsis:
Across the city, mannequins are coming to life, killing people and causing chaos! Tracking them down to their creator, Jim Corrigan is soon attacked by a mannequin fashioned after Gwen Sterling, his romantic interest. Following the attack, the Spectre deals out a fitting punishment. Where the maker transformed the mannequins into living beings, the Spectre transforms the maker into a lifeless mannequin!

Notes:
In this story, "mannequin" is spelled as "mannikin".
