Synopsis:
Ratbat uses a hypnotic mind controlling car wash to enslave humans as part of his quest for more fuel... and the only thing that stands in his way is Buster Witwicky!

Notes:
Perhaps unfairly, this issue is infamous among Transformer fans as one of the worst Transformers stories of all time.

Sparkplug Witwicky gets his own first name wrong in this issue, calling himself "Irving" when it was previously established as being "William".
