When the Silver Surfer attempts to seek out the Fantastic Four, he encounters them meeting with the Army and agreeing to caputure the Silver Surfer! Jumping to conclusions, the Surfer flees, only to be pursued by the Human Torch! Battling throughout the city and the atmoshpere, the Surfer finally defeats the Human Torch. Unfortunately, it is then that the Surfer learns the true rationale behind the FF's actions, which causes the Surfer to regret his actions!
