Hysteria sweeps the world about the so-called Doomsday Man who promises to bring destruction to the Earth. Choosing to investigate, the Surfer discovers a mysterious island which he believes may be linked to the hysteria. Travelling to the UN, the Surfer discovers the truth behind the Doomsday Man. Created for the exploration of space, he has gone rogue! When the Surfer and his creator travel to the Doomsday Man's location, the full scope of the plans comes to light! But in the end, it is the distrust of the doctor and the Doomsday Man that brings an end to their evil plans.
