Magnus is summoned to the Lost Land by Willow Talltrees in order to help protect an encampment founded by Magnus' enemy, Dr. Laslo Noel. Once in the Lost Land, Magnus learns that it is Dr. Noel who is at fault, not the natives who attack the encampment. Cast out, Magnus joins forces with Turok and Andar, and together they lead an assault on the settlers. When the dust has settled, Dr. Noel is missing and the settlers are defeated. Now knowing there is an exit to the Lost Land, Turok and Andar hold out hope that they can one day return to their own time.

On the Martian moon of Phobos, a strange trial is being held in an asylum. A group of mutated humans has placed 1-A on trial. His crime? Creating them and abandoning him. 1-A has never revealed his true history to Magnus, a history in which 1-A experimented on humans in order to turn them into robot fighters! With the verdict reached before the accused even arrives, can 1-A be saved from his creations before it's too late?
