Synopsis:
When the Silver Surfer attempts to use a device stolen from the Fantastic Four, he encounters a physicist named Al Harper, who just may be able to help him escape Earth. To get funding, the Surfer searches for a job, but learns that he has a knack for craps! With all of the proper funding, Harper completes a device that just may fool Galactus' barrier. Unfortunately for the Surfer, he finds himself face to face with the Stranger, who has planted a bomb somewhere on the planet that is capable of killing all human life. While the Surfer battles the Stranger, Harper searches for the bomb. What sacrifice will it take to stop the Stranger's plot and save all life on Earth?
