Story Arc(s):    Add/remove story arcs to this issue

The Joes clear out of Cobra Island. During the evac Zaranna and Lady J get into a fight. Captain Minh confronts Fred VII and threatens to expose his masquerade if he doesn't give him a boat. Destro and the Baroness continue to play a waiting game seeing how the fallout from the war come down.

Hawk, Roadblock, and Gen. Hollingsworth go to confront the "Jugglers". They are group of generals who have been, behind the scenes, manipulating the Joes. They are group who made the deal with Dr. Mindbender to have the Joes help Serpentor during the war. The Jugglers do not take to kind to being confronted and have Hawk, Roadblock and the General arrested. Roadblock manages to escape and seeks refuge with Dr. Burkhart, a woman who was rescued by the joes years before.

Reprinted/Collected in:
Classic G.I. Joe (2009) TPB vol. 08

-Dr. Burkhart was rescued by the Joe team in the very first G.I. Joe comic.
-Baroness tells Destro that Fred VII, not the real Cobra Commander, is in charge of Cobra.
-Serpentor's body is preserved.
-Generals Hawk & Hollingsworth are arrested.
