What the Shining Knight thought was the Holy Grail was really a cup used in a Neanderthal ceremony. Swamp Thing fights a hopeless battle to save the spiritual and wise Neanderthals from the warlike Cro-Magnons before going even farther back in time.

Back at home, John constantine checks in on Abby, as does Labo, who is told by the police that they;ve been ordered to stop hounding Alec and Abby (as part of the deal with the Department of Metahuman Affairs in Annual #5).
