Synopsis:
Drawn in by a sense of anguish, the Silver Surfer discovers the living computer Quasimodo, which has been abandoned by the Mad Thinker. Giving Quasimodo a human form, the Surfer is astonished when Quasimodo begins to wreak havok upon the city! Realizing what he must do, the Surfer turns Quasimodo into a statue, but was Quasimodo truly to blame, as all he did was carry out his programming?
