Synopsis:
The Star Viper returns to parade of Cobra troops. Serpentor and Cobra Commander get into an arguement while waiting for the Viper to land. Months of hatred and jealousy come to a head as a civil war breaks out on Cobra Island. The joes send a team to retrieve the black box taken by the Star Viper. Ironically Dr. Mindbender takes the black box out of the island to see if he can get some help.
