Synopsis:
Snake-Eyes, Scarlet, Flint, and Lady J are vacation when they hear more about conviction of Stalker and the rest in Bovaria. Billy, is show the secret G.I. Joe base in San Francisco seen last issue. He is reunited with Storm Shadow.
Stalker, Quick Kick, and Snow Job are being to prison life in Bovaria including the local stool pigeon. Snake-Eyes and Scarlet fake their own deaths along with the Blind Master. Fred VII makes plans to head out to Cobra Island.
