Synopsis:
Cobra Commander goes to an undercover Crimson Guard agent to hide out. The agent, Fred VII, is a mechanical genius who has crafted a battle armor suit. Cobra Commander takes this suit as his new costume. Billy, Cobra Commander's son, awakens from his comma, but he does not have any memories.

Dusty and Mainframe infiltrate a Terror Drome in the Mideast with the help of a young local. Mainframe teaches the kid that brawn doesn't always win the fight.
