Letters Column: The Cosmic Pipeline

Cheated by the Stim Network, the Silver Surfer finds himself back at Tent City. He then comes up with one last desparate scheme for escape, to energize himself during Dynamo City's light show with enough energy to confront the Great I, Dynamo City's ruler. But when the Surfer finds himself face to face with the Great I, will he find a great, benevolent leader, or just another cold, unfeeling beaurocrat?
