The Hunt for Oracle

Blockbuster has Nightwing tortured in order to ascertain Oracle's identity, cause he wants the locale of the hidden Gorilla city; Blockbuster also sends agents after Black Canary, and hackers to trace Oracle online. Oracle leaves the clocktower; Blaine comes to Nightwing's rescue and its revealed that Blaine is actually an FBI agent.
