Synopsis:
Batman broke up a fight between some of Penguin's bookies and a man who couldn't pay up. Cobblepot lost the hearing concerning his eviction. Bruce and his lawyer were shot at while exiting a restaurant - he slipped away from his new bodyguard and went to follow the judge who heard Cobblepot's case. He was able to stop Penguin's assassins from hitting the judge and later nearly ruined him by fixing his next lottery.
