Azrael asks the Mutanimals for help. Azrael reveals that Death who kidnapped Juntarra is also responsible for turning this area into desert; it was lush jungle not long ago.

The team continues the journey, with Azrael by their side. Inside Death's stronghold is the tied up Juntarra, alongside a captured Kid Terra, as well. Null captured him for revenge. Juntarra tells Terra her origin story.

The team prepares to attack, but before they launch, Null and six armed robots show up to wage battle. One by one the heroes fall, until only Leatherhead and Azrael remain standing...
