Turtles try to stop the Warrior Dragon from destroying the nuclear power plant, while Khan prepares to open the gateway and draw forth the demon Oni. The destuction that the Dragon wages on the power plant allows the demon to come halfway through the gateway; Khan must kill the young urchin Oyuki to finish the spell. The demon attacks the Warrior Dragon which returns his actions to himself. Dragon vs. Oni. Khan's right-hand ninja Ninjara realizes what Khan's actions mean for the world, and as such she switches sides to help the Turtles. Meanwhile, Fu Sheng manages to break free and stop Khan form killing Oyuki and in the act knocks Khan's mask loose, revealing him to be a dog-like man. Back at the power plant, Splinter manages to call forth the Japanese mythological creators to banish Oni. Turtles arrive at Khan's headquarters and stop him. And the day is saved.
