At the Justice League, Guy Gardner tells Kilowog that, impressed with Gnort's heroism in their recent adventure, he wants to recommend Gnort to the Guardians for membership into the Corps. They arrive on Oa, as Hal hopes to present them to the Guardians.

After Guy's suggestion, the Guardians accept Gnort as a member of the Corps.

Notes:
John Stewart was given responsibility of patrolling Oa in "Green Lantern (1990) #9." The Mosaic cities of Oa were featured in the "Green Lantern: Mosaic" series, starring John Stewart. In this issue, Gnort is given official status as a Corps member.
