Letters Column: Turtle Tracks

A U.S. space satellite crashes to earth, becoming entangled with U.S.S.R. space junk on the way. A lone man living in the woods is basically struck by the satellite thingy and a hybrid man, satellite, television dude is born.

Turtles (still minus Raphael) train in the sewers. Meanwhile, April kidnapped by the cyborg dude. Splinter witnesses the act (April is sucked into a computer monitor). Turtles go to rescue April. Bad dude reveals his name to be Vid Vicious. Vid tries to escape through his computer monitor but Don gives chase. At this point, remaining turtles, April, and Splinter attacked by Shredder and his foot soldiers. Shredder manages to copy Donatello and Vid Vicious onto computer disk, destroy the originals on the computer, and escape...
