Distraught and wracked with grief over the destruction of Coast City to create Engine City during the Reign of the Supermen, Hal attempts to use his power ring to recreate the city. Knowing using the ring for personal gain is against Green Lantern Corps policy, he continues with his plan. Unfortunately, his single ring does not have enough power to permanently recreate the city. With this, Hal departs from Earth in order to obtain more power!
