Technically, the cover name of the work is simply, Secret Origins, but it has the interior name given above.

Some other sources don't call this a TPB for Secret Origins, vol. 3, but a work in its own right. And the truth is, they're not necessarily wrong. Some of the material is original to this work, or, in one case, from another source altogether. However, the bulk of what's here does come from the series and was published under the same (cover) name as the series that was ongoing at the time.

Synopsis:
Returning to Smallville, Clark encounters a "ghost" of his father, Jor-El, and encounters the ghosts of his past while meeting with Lana Lang. Clark learns the history of Krypton and declares that while he may be born of Krypton, being raised on Earth is what has made him human.
