Meteorite talks the Thunderbolts into counter attacking the Elements of Doom against Citizen V's orders. Techno locates their base in -of all places- Central Park and the T-Bolts are received by some of the Elements and are subsequently captured as Citizen stays out of harm's way. Later, as the captured ones are greeted by the creator of the Elements, Citizen contacts Dallas Riordan in a last effort to obtain the Avengers files. Meanwhile, Techno and Songbird device an escape plan but they are met with deadly opposition.
