Synopsis: Summoned once again to the 57th Century, Hal is needed to stop an impending threat. Facing down the unbeatable foes, Hal is powerless to stop his yellow enemies. Hal then has a stroke of genius, as even though he cannot fight the foes directly, he can animate the statue erected in his honor to fight in his stead!
Notes: Pieface begins a journal to chronicle the adventures of Hal Jordan when his ring was either dead or about to lose it's charge. In the first tale, Green Lantern is taken by surprise when an entire city goes silent! Tracking the cause of the silence, Hal discovers a group of bank robbers using a supersonic drill. As the criminals fire upon Hal, he uses the last bit of his power ring's energy to stop the bullets and his foes in one motion!
