Synopsis:
Storm is a 12 year old thief in Cairo, Egypt. She lives with a band of street urchens who pickpocket and steal to survive. But, when she attempts to steal a camera from an American man, she accidentally tips him off to her powers and she becomes much more valuable to him than anything else in the country. He begins to hunt her, hoping to make money off her existance. When the Americans discover the street urchin camp, Ororo's rival sides with them against her and begins to act as their guide.
