Telepathy War

Having come together in the last part of "Telepathy War", the joint Federation/Klingon fleet chases down their fleeing attackers into the Gamma Quadrant. With the Enterprise needed for this pursuit, Riker remands the Omega Squad to Odo's custody. Meanwhile, the telepathic Troi is sidelined by an unexplained illness, just as a changeling is discovered onboard the Enterprise.

Star Trek: The Complete Comic Book Collection (2008) DVD-ROM

This is the "real" part 4 of the story arc. Made confusing by the fact of Deep Space Nine #13 having been mislabeled on the title page (but not the cover) as part 4.
