Telepathy War

Synopsis:
Nog gets reassigned to DS9, as seen in the television program. The Omega Squad's guilty verdict at their trial in the last issue is highly unpopular back in San Francisco. Even the Academy's erstwhile gardner, Boothby, is moved to action against the court's judgment. He helps the Omega Squad break out of their cells, and arranges for them to "borrow" a shuttle.

Still convinced there's a major Dominion threat against the Federation's telepathic races, the Squad heads off towards DS9 and the wormhole to do something about it--even if Starfleet Command won't.

Admiral Pradesh, whom the Squad now believes to be a shape shifter, orders Picard to pursue with Enterprise. Romulan commander Tomalak, tags along for reasons ambiguous.

Reprinted/Collected in:
Star Trek: The Complete Comic Book Collection (2008) DVD-ROM

Notes:
The Telepathy War arc begins here. Or does it? Truth is, almost all of this title is a continuing storyline, so readers really need the 11 previous issues to really get a grip on who the Omega Squad is, and what their relationship is to the over-arching Dominion War.
