Synopsis: The Doctor has arrived in 'Solar City' and is enjoying his lunch on a park bench.
Miff, a reporter for the Universal Herald presses a microphone into the Doctor's face asking him to answer a few questions.
The Doctor refuses to answer questions, so the reporter begins to make up a story. The Doctor suggests he asks 'his friends' in a nearby bar. When Miff mentions the Doctor to people in there, they begin shooting at him and he runs back to the Doctor.
The Doctor allows him to escape into the TARDIS, saying that he still hadn't learned his lesson.
Miff is saying that he will have a 'scoop' about travelling in time, but the Doctor drops him 27 years in the future after the Herald has ceased publishing, and leaves him there!
