Synopsis:
After being killed by the Mad Dog, her brother, Cassandra Cain talks to Spoiler in the afterlife before being torn away, back to the normal plane of reality thanks to Lady Shiva and the Lazarus Pit. Finally, she explains to Cassandra that she is her mother, spurred from when Cain killed her sister and struck a deal with her-- her life for bearing his child. After the story, they two fight for the last time. In a way, they both die, Shiva's neck snapped by Cassandra and Batgirl, realizing that she can't be the Bat anymore.
