It has been a long summer for Opal City. The cult of the Rag Doll holds the city in its grasp, and as the Rag Doll makes a desperate power play, Ted Knight calls upon his JSA teammates for assistance. Finally tracking down the Rag Doll, Ted and his friends are given a startling threat before chaos erupts, leading to a shocking action by the heroes.
