As Noh-Varr wages his war on humanity, his rampage through Manhattan draws the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D. Hoping to stop him, Dum Dum Dugan unleashes the UN Bannermen, a group of Captain America clones with other genetic enhancements. Stopping them with the help of Plex and the mind-controlling Omniwave, Noh-Varr departs, as Dugan is able to decipher Noh-Varr's message.
