This issues details the comedy pitfalls when selling arms to dictators. On the border of Wolkekuckland and Darklonia the Joes and Cobra try to sell weapons to both sides. The Cobras try to sell their Python stealth weapons to Darklon the dictator of Darklon. The Joes prove that sometimes all the technology in the world can not stand up to the power of a camero.
