Synopsis:
Clutch and Rock n Roll help the mounties bring down a Cobra hideout. The memory blocks Cobra put in place continue to cause the two problems.
Billy, Tyrone, Zartan, and Raptor infiltrate Cobra Island. Zartan confronts Fred VII about his betrayal.
The Baroness decides to leave Cobra after the revelations from last issue. Destro goes with her and gives up his position in Cobra and the head of his family business.
