Synopsis:
With Vaughn Security Systems up and running Wendell Vaughn (AKA Quasar) starts work on his real job, locating the Cosmic Assassin that will attempt to kill his mentor, Eon. Quasar's plan: a systematic check of every extraterrestrial on Earth. With Eon's help he's off to check on his first targets, Quantum and The Aquarian.
