Synopsis:
Superman is badly injured in his human form after battling Metallo. Lois' level head comes to his rescue when Superman turns back into his new energy form (Superman Blue). Superman decides to seek advice from another superhero with similar powers, The Ray. After a heart-to-heart with The Ray, Superman battles Metallo once again and learns to use different forms of energy to his advantage.
