A group of Dwarves are in the process of moving the mold that built Mjolnir, unfortunately a bridge breaks the mold falls into the lake, the Dwarf named Eitri is killed in the process and the mold is soon discovered by Loki.
30 Days later Thor is giving a speech at Eitri's funeral which is attnded by Dwarfs, Valkeries, Enchantress, Balder, The Warriors Three and Sif.
Suddenly the ground starts to shake (due to Surtur molding weapons of great power for Loki).
Loki then arrives and attacks the funeral goers with versions of Mjolir, very powerful but not blessed by the Odinforce. However he is not alone and has given Uru hammers to many of his allies.
Loki arrices in Person and manages to knock Thor off his feet witha surprise attack, but he is not alone, siding with Loki are Ulik, Fenris Wolf and Hyrm.
Fandral of the Warriors Three is shocked to discover that the blow that knocked Thor to his feet also hit Amora, the Enchantress and announces she is dead.
Thor battle's Loki's allies but Mjolnir falls apart. Loki himself joins the fray and the weakened Thor is left in the river to drown where he encounters the Midgard Serpent, Thor manages to summon the last of his strength to teleport away.
On Earth, Captain America and Iron Man help free children from a fire when a portal opens and sea water extinguishes the flame and they find Thor colapsed. They also recogniz the dead body of the Midgard Serpent.
Thor says only two words "Avengers Assemble"
