Synopsis:
After working his way inside the society disguised as Deathstroke the Terminator, Arsenal's plan runs the endgame. In a coordinated attack, the Earth-bound Outsiders destroy Vault's metahuman containment facilities and free Mary Marvel from her prison. Although they get out alive, Arsenal stands outside on the balcony, thinking about where he's going. The final panel shows several different versions of Roy in the sky, possibly the different forms he takes in the upcoming One Year Later fallout.
