In the Louisiana Bayou, Blade and Brother Voodoo put a stop to a group of racist good 'ol boy vampires. Meanwhile, Black Panther and Luke Cage head towards the United States but first, T'Challa decides to make a stop in New Orleans so Wakanda can lend its support to the Katrina clean-up. Monica Rambeau and her father search for her aunt in the flood waters as it becomes apparent that New Orleans is mostly a vampire town now.
