Reunited with Eilef, the last viking, Thor returns to New York to battle Fafnir once and for all. When all seems lost, Eilef makes a noble sacrifice allowing for the defeat of Fafnir and guaranteeing entrance into Valhalla. At an unknown location, a secret enemy has finally forged a great weapon known as the Twilight Sword! On Bifrost, Heimdall welcomes the return of Odin's raven as a strange darkness approaches as Odin is absent from Asgard.
