Notes:
The "first printing" is probably more rare than the "second printing" because most of the first run was destroyed by its publisher. After turning in the issue to the publisher, editor Mark Evanier left the company. When the issue returned from the printer, the publisher destroyed the print run in retaliation. New editors were hired, and all of Evanier's articles, and any mention of him was removed from the issue. The first Evanier-edited printing has blue ink on select pages. The post-Evanier edition does not have any blue ink, and has new content in place of Evanier's articles.
